Just love it when a recipe you make up turns out yummy! Thought I would share:

Purdue - Lean Ground Turkey 93/7, 16 oz.
All Whites - 100 % Liquid Egg Whites, 1/4 cup (56 gm)
Progresso - Panko Bread Crumbs (Plain), 1/2 cup
Mrs. Dash - Fiesta Lime Seasoning, 3 tsp
Realime - 100% Lime Juice, 1 tsp
Onion< - Sweet Onion , 3 oz 29
Ortega - Diced Green Chilis, 2 tbsp

Mixed all together, let sit in fridge for about half an hour, made 4 patties, grilled on my george foreman.

Per Serving: Cals 211 Carbs 11 Fat 9 Protein 28 Sodium 236

I ate it on a slimwich last night with a bit of kraft mayo made with olive oil and half a slice of provolone. Today I reheated, cut into cubes, and put in a pita pocket with some salad mix and 2 tbls of salsa ~only half the burger fit in the pita pocket so technically I could have eaten a second if i had been that hungry; and still been within a reasonable cal range.

That sounds really good. Just took some Turkey out of the freezer for dinner and didn't have a clue what I was going to make with it, I do now! Thanks for the recipe, Deb

I like. Love Mrs. Dash. Will have to try that one. Their chipotle blend is great if you like really spicy!
