Hello All....just wanted to ask what kind of diet people find the most effective ?
At the moment I am convinced that I should keep it simple - calorie counting - 1200 cals - and as I have a active puppy - take the puppy out for a 30 min walk early morning and then late evening...
Any suggestions welcomed!

it's not really about the diet but the choices. It's a lifestyle change that produces lasting results. I suggest clicking on "my Goals" and entering in your desired weight loss and activity level, then the site calculates how many calories you should have to reach that goal. Because sometimes 1200 calories (depending on your build, etc) just isn't enough and that's just setting yourself up for failure.
Hope this helps and good luck!:flowerforyou:0
