somewhat feel discouraged..

I understand that muscle weighs more than fat and the water retention crap, blah blah blah, but just feel like i am going backwards, after 2 and a half weeks of good exercise and watching my cals, i've went from 151 to 154.2..i want the scale to go the other way not up...geesh, i'm going to still proceed , just feel discouraged today i guess...

just keep at it - and try to spread your food out across the day - I know it's hard, but.....0
