I love this stuff! but unfortunately there is nothing in the database for this. Can it be considered Pilates?
Also does anyone know of any good dvds out there for it?

Yes you can class it as pilates. If you go on you tube you can see lots of videos using the resistance band/pilates.0

It's a good full-body workout. It's mostly toning, but there's definitely a cardio aspect to it as well if you keep up with them and don't take breaks. My shoulders, arms, and legs are BURNING when I do this workout...so if that's what you're looking for, I recommend it.0 -
