Healthe Trim?

Hey mfp people!!!..... Question, who has tried healthe trim and what did they think about it? I think im doing pretty good on my own, loosing on average 2-3 pounds a week. BUT!....anything that can help with the weight loss process, I wont mind. :) .....I actually did healthe trim before, when I wasn't committed to a life style change and still managed to loose 4 pounds on it, they say the weight you loose while on it, you dont gain back. I never did gain those pounds back, so Im thinking of getting on it again to see what it can do for me now that I am working out 6 days a week and eating right.

Has anyone tried it? What were your results?

    2-3 lbs a week is fantastic. Anything more would probably be unhealthily fast. Don't screw with weight loss gimmicks. Slow and steady and learning a lifestyle at the same time is the best and safest way to do it.

    Plus - "you won't gain these lbs back"... That's totally false... you can gain ANY lbs back! It's called overeating. Taking a supplement in the past will not make you not overeat or exercise in the future.

    PS - you know why those diet supplements / tricks / programs etc work "when combined with a healthy diet and exercise"? You got it - it's the healthy diet and exercise part!! :laugh: :laugh:

    Trying to get High School skinny, eh? Healthe Trim is advertised all the time on my local radio station here in Atlanta. Anyway, I think you're doing a fine job without using any type of supplement. You didn't gain weight overnight so don't expect to lose it overnight either. Hang in there! :flowerforyou: You can do it on your own. Patience is key!
