So I am curious about TRX. I have never tried it but it intrigues me.

How hard is it to use at home? Do you just put it on a door?

Does it come with a variety of workout instructions or do you also have to buy add'l training DVDs/materials?

    I use it at home. I have a door mount, and an X mount. I have yet to put up the x mount though as the door one works just fine. It does come with a workout DVD included, as well as an extra workout on queue cards. There are tons of videos on Youtube to show different moves/workouts. It's a great addition to anyone's routine.
