My husband and i are looking to buy are first home and we are looking to move within a year. we have an idea of some homes we like and our price range but dont know where to start?

    the very first thing you should do is get pre qulified with your bank that way you know exactly how much house you can afford.
    also if you get pre approved to the sellers it's like a cash offer so they will be more open to negotiation.

    pre-approval is KEY. and finding an awesome agent. Redfin is a fun site to look on too :)
