Day 1 and 2 of clean eating is always the most difficult. The headaches, crankiness and overall not great feelings start to come up as your body is withdrawing. Any one have any good coping techniques?

Clean eating is eating living food mostly - unprocessed, organic, & whole vegetables, good fats (omegas), limited whole grains (sprouted if possible), limited fruits (cut a back on the sugar) and lean proteins, drinking lots of filtered clean water (free of amoebas - no tap water). No processed foods, refined sugars, white flours, alcohol, over the counter drugs (to give your liver a break).0
