HI I am also new to this site. I have been trying to lose 10 lbs for years now. I eitther eat ok but don't exercise or exercise and don't eat right. Trying to figure this out and could use the advise and knowledge to put all the pieces together to lose that last stubborn few pounds.

Follow your calorie/fat/sodium count, get your exercise in. Make sure the foods you are eating are good healthy wholesome foods. Just because you stay under you calories doesn't mean you're eating properly. Good luck and you can do it!!!!0
