I'm wanting to get some type of GPS for my Mountain Bike. I mainly want it for tracking my speed, miles and calories. Does anyone know anything about the Holux brand or could you recommend something? I want good but reasonably priced as I'm on a budget and can't afford a lot. I have a HRM I wear when I'm running but it doesn't work on my bike... Any suggestions / comments are greatly appreciated!!

Thanks!

Smart phones have GPS, and apps that you use while you run/cycle!!

You can buy simple bike computers for <$50, they just measure riding time and distance, and calculate the rest (how much they calculate depends on what you get)

I use my android phone and the sporty pal app. You can pick up android phones pretty cheap, mine was £99 but i think there are cheaper.

Sportypal uses GPS to monitor everything, here's my ride home today.

    http://sportypal.com/Workouts/Details/946671?key=2f2aad848db89f86b407ee3bea8d53c7c7694272&ms=1

It shows all the stats down the side.
