last 10 pounds

ok, so Im on my last ten pounds, and it's gonna be slow going I can tell... Im 11.1 and want to be 10.4 .... If I lower my expected weight loss to 1/2 pound a week, do you think that will be better for me as it seems to have stalled a bit - means eating a bit more obviously, am already struggling to eat exercise calories, but can beef it up with unsweetened fruti juices or something

any advice???
