What does it mean to my diet to have more protien than my da

For example, I ate lots of Fresh Smoked Salmon from the Fresh Market for lunch today. I am over my daily allowance for protien. How "bad" is this? Thanks in advance!

Better to be over your protein than your carbs.
Do some working out right before you eat it, and you'll get some good lean muscle built:)0 -
Depending on how much you are working out also makes a huge difference. If you are trying to build muscle many programs recommend eating 1g of protein for every pound that you weigh. However, that is only if you are being extremely active and working on muscle building. So even if you are just losing weight extra protein is not a bad thing
