Opt for turkey-based meats for less fat and less calories.

I.E.: Turkey Bacon, Turkey Kielbasa, Turkey sausage, etc...
  • turkey sausage is amazing, as is turkey bacon, i havent tried the keilbasa yet but im sure it would be wonderful as well. any little things like adding turkey instead of beef or pork will deffinately help you out!!
  • Try using a lower fat milk in boxed meals like 1% of non fat! You can even use plain soy in most recipies!

I do the same thing! I also like using olive oil in place of butter (for health reasons, not so much for calories).

If I drink, I almost always mix the alcohol with a flavored water like Crystal Light.
