This is my first post!

My name is KAT !


This is also the first time in my whole life I've ever dieted / exercised.
When I was 13 - 14 years old [I'm 20 now] I was around 280 lbs at 5'4. Very depressed, very very unhealthy.
I dropped weight [I honestly don't know how, I didn't change my lifestyle] and I maintained my 240-220 weight range.
I was extremely sick for a few months last year and was left very, very weak from that experience. Exercising makes me feel happier and stronger :]

I made the decision to quit drinking dark soda in 2006, and I completely stopped drinking all soda in December '10.

I am happy with how I look, I want to become healthy and radiant. I really believe you can be beautiful at ANY size, but not healthy at any size, so, here goes nothin'

I have a 75+ pound goal. Realistically it's around 45 but i've never been one to do something half heartedly.
