I'm in my first year of university...so cafeteria food consumes most of my diet. I lost 15lbs between June and September, and my BMI went down by 2 (yay!). I hope to lose another 25lbs before September 2011.

My success (so far) is that I haven't gained ANY weight.... despite myths of the dreaded "freshman 15". It's not the same as losing, but I still see it as a huge step...I know it will be easier to focus on losing when I am not focused on studying :)

    Great job!
My downfall was the fact that there was an ice cream freezer in our cafeteria.

Its also easier when you can measure out your servings, which is kind of difficult in a cafeteria.
