Looking for a good colon cleanse program

I've been using the Coltox Dual Action System. I ordered it online from Costco. It's very affordable and let me tell you, it works!0

Advocare. It's a 10 day cleanse and it is gentle, so it is not going to strip your colon of necessary bacteria like many others do! You still will see results, but it is a 10 day thing. you CAN eat relatively normally (low fat no sugar is recommended) while you do it!0
