How can anyone live on only 24 grams of sugar a day?

I ignore the sugar because I don't eat "added" sugar. All of my sugar comes from natural sources like fruit, milk, greek yogurt, etc.0

The most important thing is to watch your 'added' sugars. And yes, that includes bread, etc. I buy No Sugar Added bread, juice bars with no sugar added, and generally try to make sure everything I eat does not have any sugar added to it. It does eliminate a lot of products and brands, as some manufacturers seem to think that everything needs either a ton of salt or sugar in it to taste good.
I do not worry about natural sugars such as fruit or dairy. I also do not eat any artificial sweeteners except Stevia (which is natural, but not sugar). WHenever I'm over on my sugar intake, I take a look at what I've eaten and make sure it came from mostly natural sources. Then I stop worrying!! :flowerforyou:0
