Up until recently I have used another site and had problems logging in. I gave up! Now I have found this site and hope to use it to my advantage. I am down from 240 to 175 and want to get back on track to reach my goal of 159 or less. Really it is all about the size 8 and I will repeat that time and time again cause I WANT IT!
I am a nursing student and insist on being the exception to the rule. The rule being nursing students gain 20-30lbs on the average over the 2-4 yrs it takes to make through. Nope not this girl. When I am done I want to be able to tell my patients struggling with their health that wt loss is do-able from personal experience. I want to be an example.
I am recently divorced and exercise is a great way to feel better about myself as well. After 2 years of being alone I look better than I have in years...put that in your pipe and smoke it babe!
