 Okay I thought I had most of this figured out but what the heck is the difference. I was at the grocery store in the bread aisle and there must have been 500 loaves of bread! I always eat 100% whole wheat but whats whole grain? Is one better for you than the other?? BREAD!!! AARRRGGHH!!!

100% Whole Grain!
My fav is Eziekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain...80 cal a slice but absolutly no sugar! Its low Glycemic...you won't find it on the bread aile...its usually kept in the freezer section near the organic food...its also 75mg of Sodium...less than the usual but if thats still too much the have a Low Sodium loaf too.
AND Natures Own 100% Whole Grain...70 cal a slice..115mg of Sodium and 2g Sugar0 -
Thanks for the responses. I will see what I can find at whole foods this week. I dont really watch my sodium, I have really low blood pressure.0
