Has anyone ever tried Betty Crocker's WIld Blueberry Muffin Mix? Well, I have and let me tell you: That is some good stuff! But it has high fructose corn syrup, process flour and partially hydrogenated oils.

Does anyone have an awesome blueberry muffin recipe?

I don't need anything fancy like streusel, or anything weird like cottage cheese or broccoli  Just a simple, honest to good, moist, delicious blueberry muffin recipe that is not high in calories or sugar. Is that too much to ask? Probably, but I think you are up to the task! Please help!

I love the Betty Crocker Wild Blueberry muffins as well :) I do replace the oil with applesauce when I make it though

Do you use the same amount of applesauce as you would the oil that it calls for? For instance 1/3 cup oil and you would use 1/3 cup applesauce?

Yep. I replace the oil with applesauce, and I replace the eggs with egg whites.
