Full Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This Pot Roast meal.... with the trimmings, is less than 400 calories per serving.
You'll need:
2 tbsp dry crushed bay leaf
1 1/2 tbsp flour
1 can beef broth
30 Baby carrots
6 stalks celery
6 baby red potatoes
6 boiler onions
1 4 lb roast
.... and a crockpot LOL.
1. Quarter the onions and potatoes; chop up the celery.
2. Place vegetables on bottom of crock pot, then place the roast.
3. Mix the beef broth with the flour and bay leaf together before pouring in the broth.
4. Add in water, just to cover the meat and veggies, then turn crock pot on to low for 8 hours.
Bon appetite!

The full meal make 4-6 servings.
I have made this pot roast for my family before and have never had any complaints. LOL.
Truthfully, I am the main cook in my family.0
