Guilty Eating!

I recently lost 24 lbs. Halfway through my journey I got really sick which helped drop some weight in a very unhealthy way. After I did recover, I worked really hard to drop more as well as get fit. At this point I have maintained a steady 170 lbs. I want to lose 10 to 20 more. But I just can not get back in to the super dieting I was doing. Plus since I have begun using Fitness Pal, when I complete my entries it tells me I am not getting enough calories with my super dieting! So now i'm back to snacking frequently, and feeling totally guilty about it :( I work out about 6 days a week, plus work full time, and have two kids under the age of 5. I am burning anywhere from 250 to 500 plus calories when I work out. My goal calorie consumption is 1200. I'm at a loss and need to lose some more, but in a healthy way!! What to do, what to do! Who else is struggling with stuff like this?
