well its off to a good start id like to know first off if you can add foods you normally eat without adding it to your log that would be helpful ... and also if there is a way to not add calories you earn or gain from exercise id rather not eat them or count them as a bonus

  • i also wanted to say don"t be shy to say hello we are all in this weight loss together and encouragement is always a bonus .. the checks and balances system works and that i know for a fact plus im always looking for a gym partner i work out at crunch gym in Troutdale / Gresham Oregon.. thanks for reading and good luck to all

    As for the calories added after a workout, it's automatic.

    In regards to the calories...I'd just say to enter the current calories into the notes section and then add your exercise. It's an extra unnecessary step but it might work? lol I don't know.
