Hey everyone,
I won't be posting pictures as I am in my underwear and as lovely as you all are I don't fancy doing that! ;)

Ok so I did the 30 day shred in 31 days. I had a really bad hangover one day and couldn't face doing it!

Weight loss - zero. I did lose a few lbs but my diet was bad last weekend, I went to a wedding for the whole weekend and ate lots and drank lots of alcohol so I put them back on. I'm sure if my diet had been brilliant I would've lost a few.

The true results though are in inches, so here we go!

Arm - 11" to 10.75" = down 0.25 inches
Bust - 43" to 42" = down 1 inch
underbust - 36" to 35" = down 1 inch
waist - 35" to 34" = down 2 inch
Belly (i.e. around belly button) - 42" to 39" = down 3 inches!
Hips - 42" to 38.5" = down 3.5 inches!!!
Thigh - 25" to 23" = down 2 inches
calf -14.5" to 14" = down 0.5 inches
ankle - 9" to 8.75" = down 0.25 inches

So in 31 days I have lost a total of 12.5 inches!!!
So so so happy with myself! I am now going to start the 30 day slimdown AND go swimming twice or three times a week to get some much needed cardio in to shred the fat on top of my newly formed muscles!!!

Brilliant results! So impressed! I'm gutted, I never actually took my measurements before I started 30DS, I got the tape measure ready and everything just never actually recorded the measurements (I think I was a bit scared of knowing my exact size!!)

However, I haven't been doing so well the past couple of days  , L1 I managed to do pretty much every day, did a couple of extra days on the end as I missed a couple in the middle.... ANYWAY, i think I might start over. I really want to try doing the 30ds in the morning before work (means getting up at 5am to do it though  - yuk!). I think i'll try L1 in the morning and L2 in the evening. but I am soooooo going to record my measurements first this time... I really could do with results like you!!!

    CONGRATS AGAIN!! :flowerforyou:

ONE MORE THING! I don't think 30 day slimdown is available in the UK! Has anyone else had any joy finding it???

    Hey hun,

I'm in the uk, 30 day slimdown is just a program she put together herself incorporating 3 of her dvds. 30 day shred, Banish Fat Boost metabolism and No more trouble zones.
    Here's the link: http://www.exercisetv.tv/workoutplans.aspx?id=1
If you just click 'download the plan' its free! It'll open up a PDF with the 30 day workouts. On some days it lists 'quick trouble zones' which is apparently No more trouble zones except you don't do the last 2 circuits so I think it takes off around 14mins.

    Hope that helps lovely

    D xx

Its the 30 day slimdown she's talking about hun not the shred, which is not a dvd just a workout plan by jillian michaels, I posted the link on my other post. Its supposed to be really good! alot of mfp people have done it with good results so i'm willing to give it a try....even though I think it'll kill me! xx

That's an awesome result! I've been thinking of trying it myself. We've just had a massive earthquake here, and it looks like even though my gym which is new and solid and fine, it'll be out of action for at least 6-8 months because it's right next to some of the biggest areas of damage! What are we going to do?! At least I don't need a gym to run!:) This could be a good alternative to Pump classes perhaps...
