Hi all,
I signed up a week or so ago and should get on here and introduce me.

I'm 57 male, 190 lbs and live in CA. I dont consider myself unfit, however the mid drift is creeping in and want to get control of it.

I Enjoy outdoor type recreation, work 12 hour rotating shift (4-3-3-4 schedule) and am trying to establish an excerise routing to fit in.

So far most of my excerises are in calistenics which do get my heart rate going, but I don't want to get the heart going to hard then try to sleep.

I've looked through many posts and enjoyed the funny, serious and informative. I look forward to reading more.
