Sacrificed my beloved coffee(serious addiction) and started on the water! Yeah me only 3 glasses in but hey baby steps to change huh??

    So proud of you!! Such a hard thing to cut out. I recent started cutting back. I only do Starbucks on Fridays. It has been a rough because Starbucks is located inside my work. But, it sure taste better now that only have it once a week.

    Aw thanx pointless post i know but its a major deal for me as i need about 3 cups before i can function in the morning and the amount during the day well i'm embarassed to say just how much i drink luckily i dont have sugar and only a splash of milk but hoping the water will help with this weight loss journey.

    Yay well done you. Not a pointless post at all, an achievment for you so definetely worth mentioning.

    I now enjoy 4 cups of coffee throughout the day, I know some people will say this is still too many but I am more than happy with this amount ( i don't take sugar and only have a small amount of skimmed milk)
    I also still have at leats 2 litres of water a day ;0)

    But well done you, good job ;0)
