Like this one? I am thinking of getting it. It is pretty cheap.

I'm doing Bob Harper's Inside Out Method Pure Burn Super Strength and I love it. It has 2 workouts on it, a 20 minute beginner and a 60 minute killer. I love the 20 minute because it's quick yet effective and if I want more I just use bigger hand weights. When I'm done I really feel like I've had a workout but I'm not completely wasted either. I done others of his, just can't remember the names right now. I highly recommend his videos.

If it is anything like the Biggest Loser DVD's, it has to be a pretty good workout!

I haven't tried one of his DVD's yet, but I have done his work out on Fit TV and it was GREAT! I haven't been able to find one of his DVD's before.

Aren't they both pretty cheap? I would get both. It's good to alter different workout, so your body don't know what's coming, and better that way. I got bore sticking on just one. :-)
