My name is Theresa and I'm new to this. I think it's a really good way to keep track of diet and excercise. I'm interested in just improving my overall nutrition-my eating habits are really bad. So this is a helpful tool. I recently took up running, and a nutritious diet is key to being able to stick with it. I am a single mother of two, and I work full time, so any quick and easy recipes anyone has to offer would be great. Thanks!

    Hi Theresa, I'm sure you will enjoy this site. I'm from Vermont and have been using it for 3 months and it really works well. Check out the recipe section as there are alot to choose from and they are pretty good recipes. I made the fish with parmesan the other night and it was delicious.
