trying to work out abs

I have tried so many different types of exercises to tone my abs, so far the only thing that actually made me sore was simply lifting my legs off of the floor together and then lowering then but not letting them touch the floor. It works!!

    Try going faster and alternating your legs its called flutter kicks they do them in the army they are brutal - you can scissor your legs or alternate kicking one and then the other but not to fast or too slow- you will feel it in your belly for sure- Pilates is good too
