Wondering what I'm doing wrong...advice please!

Hi everyone,

I've been feeling a bit discouraged- the last successful weigh-in I had was three weeks ago and my measurements haven't changed. I feel like I'm doing an ok job sticking to my calorie limit and I've been working out 4-5 times per week for at least 30 mins. However, I'm actually seeing the scale go up...3lbs! And not due to muscle gain or water weight either- I have one of those scales that measures body fat and water composition and it says I've gained .3 lb fat and my water levels have stayed the same. This is a mystery to me! I know in the past this has been right around where my body is "comfortable" so I've never been able to get below about 165, but in the past I've also never stuck with my diet and exercise long enough to find out if I can reach my goal of 150.

Am I doing something wrong? Am I not eating enough or eating the wrong kinds of foods? Is my body adapting to the changes?My food diary is public so any advice is welcome!
