thought I'd be looking forward to going home and going out for a jog/walk with the dogs or get on the stationary bike, but I find myself thinking about it at work. I wanna go home and see if I can do my route from last night in less time(need to wear the pedometer tonite as well as the HRM), yes, my knee is achey, but I'm looking forward to it. . .work's frustrating, and I took my anger at my ***h*** boss last night out by taking two of my dogs for a nice long walk, up a steep hill, down a steep hill, rotating jogging and walking between mailboxes, and felt so much better.

just never thought I'd be looking forward to it LOL

It's the feeling after I've done them that I look forward to. Brilliant way to destress, good on you!

you're right oldtyke, I feel so damn good tonite, didn't start the HRM at the same spot as last night, but will start/end it at the front door from now on, took longer but burned more calories :) I am so psyched
