I was on here doing really well back in October & November...then my boyfriend got back from deployment and I somehow got off track. I weighed myself a few days ago and I'm at 146...up from 139 at my last MFP weigh in :( It sucks...but I'm back and hopefully better than ever! :)

I totally understand. I had a similar experience. I was really active on here Sept-Oct, doing really well. I had lost almost 10 lbs., but then I had a severe ankle sprain right before Halloween. It was so bad I literally couldn't exercise on it. Because of this, I got depressed and felt like it was pointless to eat right when I couldn't earn back cals through exercise. So I just ate like I had been before MFP and gained all 8 lbs. I had lost back! I had SO much guilt and embarrassment that I had quit something I had resolved to finish. I just started again (now that my ankle is pretty much healed) early Feb., and it sucks to be starting over, but it's all good! :) You'll do great!
