I found two generic panini's in the database, one 300 cal and the other was nearly 500. Which one shall I trust? I had a panini today, it had tuna and cheese in it. That IS a tuna melt, right?

If you didnt make it yourself I would log the individual ingredients the best you can.
if it was just tuna and cheese it shouldnt be too terrible, but it depends on how much tuna and how much cheese and what kind of bread and so on0 -
hate to be the bearer of bad news but I generally find the higher calorie estimates to be much closer to accurate...0

Aw man, I'll just use the higher calorie data then. Thank god I haven't snacked today, dinner can still be 800 cals.
The panini itself was thin, not a lot of filling, which was disappointing haha. Now I'm sort of glad.0
