I'm sure this has been posted before, but I thought I'd ask anyway: how often/when do you do your weigh-ins? Once a week? Once every two weeks? Is there a specific day (for example, Mondays)? What time during the day do you weigh?

I've heard weighing yourself in the morning before breakfast is the best time because there will be a smaller margin amount for fluctuating water weight, but I'm curious to see what everyone else recommends!

  • definitely mornings, I'm going weight in every 5 days, I was doing it once a week... but I feel i need to be more aware of how I'm doing or i seem to slip up... I was weighing in on Mondays, but did horrible on weekend and made me very discouraged..:blushing:

    I do it first thing in the morning, after I pee, in my bra and underwear. Was that TMI? LOL
    I do it once a week--I feel like my weight fluctuates day to day to get an accurate daily reading.
