I have only been using MFP for a few months out of the time I have been losing weight. But it has still been a valuable tool. I figured I would contribute my progress to the community as well.

    Thank you all. My perspective is skewed of course so I don't notice as much of a change except that now I have a neck. Which is a plus, i suppose.I
