Protect your precious fungus gems by storing them in paper bags, not plastic. Too much moisture speeds spoilage.

    i get good results in ziplocks with as much air as I can sucked out and a paper towel to catch droplets. they can last a long time like that.

    Thanks for the tip. I have them in a zip lock but I will try adding a paper towel in the bag. I don't keep paper bags in my house.
