But I need support! I have the greatest of intentions to be the best I can be, but support just isn't there. Not that I don't have a wonderful husband, child, friends, and family... it just isn't something that we go on about. I'm really hoping that the rest of you in here, who are also trying to take control of your bodies and health, will join me in supporting each other!

My crystal ball fortells of a wonderful bikini season and less heart disease for all!
