I just did another 30 minutes on my elliptical because someone pissed me off-- Im going to try and calm down but if not I will go for another 30 minutes:explode: :mad:

    I find myself working out twice as hard if I am frustrated, upset,stressed out etc....

    Haha I've gone crazy on my treadmill because of someone pissing me off. It's a good way to burn off steam.

    oh a run is my saving grace when I'm upset!

    burn off that frustration and fat! way to go girl!

    Nothing better then to direct that anger into a superb workout! Very healthy, mentally and physically.

    I do this often sweetie. I like to use a bag to punch away my anger and frustration, I go Million dollar baby on it, its a beautiful feeling. That or I run and bask in that infamous runners high...
