I find myself working out twice as hard if I am frustrated, upset,stressed out etc....0

Haha I've gone crazy on my treadmill because of someone pissing me off. It's a good way to burn off steam.0

oh a run is my saving grace when I'm upset!

Nothing better then to direct that anger into a superb workout! Very healthy, mentally and physically.0

I do this often sweetie. I like to use a bag to punch away my anger and frustration, I go Million dollar baby on it, its a beautiful feeling. That or I run and bask in that infamous runners high...0
