I started using the app on my Droid X this past Sunday. I've looked and tried everything else, why not this one also?
I've lost 9 pounds this week! This app has really helped me keep track and motivate myself to get up and do something about my situation.
I do have a little concern though, and maybe people can fill me in on this stuff -
FYI - 32 yr old male, 5'11". Started at 295, @ 286 now.
1) App says to take in 2100 calories a day. I'm lucky if I get in 1200 - and I am NOT starving myself. I find it hard to consume more than that.
2) I am getting lots of exercise and working out MORE than I initially thought I would. After getting my 1200 calories (or less), then working out, my NET calorie intake for the day drops. Generally in the range of 24 - 120 NET calories for the day. Is this bad? Or is this what I want to see?
3) Anyone look at their required FAT/Carb/sugar intake and say "holy crap that's a lot!"???? I rarely even hit 1/2 of that. Now sodium on the other hand is KILLLING me!
Thanks for any insight. It is greatly appreciated.
