binge

i know binging CAN be a good thing for your metabolism on a diet. but i'm scared that when i get to the stage where i do binge, i'm going to have nothing but crap! has anyone got any healthy, low cal, low fat recipes that are filling and quick to make? AND are yummy? i know it's a lot to ask. thankyou!! x

    Hmm, I don't think binging is ever a good thing, though if it's only once in a while, I suppose it's a benign thing. I think what you're talking about is the idea that one should shake things up calorie-wise sometimes. So if you eat 1400 cals/day, generally, sometimes change it around and have, like, 2000. Which I wouldn't call a binge, per se -- depends what you're eating and when, etc.
