I was entering everything I ate as soon as I was done eating it. I thought ,I was doing pretty good. But I've noticed, that I was going over my calories almost every day (400-900 cals EXTRA) Today, on one of the other MFP people topic, some of you suggested to enter meals BEFORE you eat them or to enter them for the day ahead alltogether. That is what I did and I was amazed to see that my day was doomed to fail before I put first bitte of food in my mouth. So, I had a chance to "re-eat" my day all over again, and I was able to finish it almost right on target (still had about 200 cals over from snacking). you will learn sooooo many great things here!! Everyday I say 'hey, how come I never thought/knew about/bought/ate that before?"!
