Why did I stop losing weight when I've been gradually decrea

I was at 280lbs a couple of months ago. I initially started with 1890c per day. Now I'm down to 1690c per day, but my weight has stabilized at around 265lbs for the past couple of weeks. My exercise consists of brisk walking an hour a day.

Try changing up your workout routine. It might help you start losing weight again.
I've been stuck at 256/257 for a month now and I upped my calorie intake by 200 and changed my workout routine and I lost 3lbs.0 -
Pick up some hand weights and work your arms while you walk. Steer clear from the ankle weights though, they can cause a lot of unnecessary stress.
The more muscle you build with weights, the more your metabolism will respond.0 -
If you alternate the amount of calories you eat by several hundred every day, you can give your metabolism a kick in the butt to jumpstart weightloss again. Like, 1690 - 1390 - 1690 - 1290 - 1790 - 1490 .. type thing until you start losing again. Once you do, go back to normal.0
