Part of my health plan of developing a healthy-lifestyle includes learning to cook and finding recipes my family loves. Here are my favorites I have tried since January. I am not a big cook but these were easy enough. Just google them or buy the cookbooks which are very helpful as it has all the nutrition information. (BL=Biggest Loser Cookbook and CL=Cooking Light Mix & Match)
asparagus mini quiches BL (best fresh but I save most for snacks)
boston-cream peanut-butter breakfast banana split BL
Kimmi and Bruce's Chicken Lettuce Wraps BL
Roasted tilapia with orange-parsley salsa CL
Tostadas with roasted corn relish, Tilapia CL
Chicken sate wraps CL
Tacos with pickled onions, chicken carne asada CL
ENJOY!!!
