I'm a 53 year old mom and grandmother. I just want to loose a few pounds, get healthier and feel younger. I am hoping this will keep me accountable for what I am eating and inspire me to exercise!

    Sounds like we have a lot in common. I am 53 and will become a grandmother in June. Using this site to keep me motivated to lose weight and look decent on my cruise in May. I am going parasailing! Logging in your food helps tremendously. I have lost 14 pound, but have a long way to go. Good Luck. Now I just need to learn how everyone puts their goals and mini goals on here.
