How long did it take...

I am really overweight! I need to lose 110lbs. I was wondering, in general how many pounds did it take those of you who have 100+ to lose, to notice a real difference?

I start feeling better after 10 but dont notice a real difference appearance wise until I usually get to 15 or 20. But thats just my experience.0

I need to lose about 150 to be in the "healthy" BMI range.....and I've lost about 25 of that. I don't really see the difference, and some of my clothes fit better.
The biggest change I notice is that I FEEL better; I have more energy, I sleep better, and my digestive system seems to be working a LOT better now that I am eating better foods.
There will be little changes before you see big changes!0 -

I noticed right away. I felt better, had more energy, my mood improved, my outlook on life improved, I slept better, my face looked less puffy...
The world noticed after 50lbs.
