I have lost 9 lbs since starting mfp, it feels good to know that I am losing wieght. I cant wait until I start noticing on my clothes..... :)
this site has been a HUGE help to me I love it.....

    Well done to you. You should notice your clothes getting loser soon. I find using a tape measure a great morale booster also, as some weeks you may not have a great loss but the inches seem to drop away, and keep you on track. :bigsmile:
