Uneasy snacking! Help!

Today I've eaten 930 calories so far and burned off 550 through cardio so my net is only at 380, meaning I have over 1,000 calories left to eat (but it's almost 10pm!). I was thinking about having a cup of tea with some biscuits (400 cals ish?) but even though my calories for today are pretty low I had a sub from subway for dinner with a small pack of chili doritos! I'd feel extremely guilty eating biscuits after having subway for dinner. There's not much else to eat in the house (I've literally eaten all the fruit and cereal bars I own! major shopping trip happening tomorrow) so do you think it's okay for me to have a bit of indulgence just for tonight? I feel it's going to "destroy" my weight loss, even though I'm 1,000 calories under my limit for today... help!
