Ok so when I start the 1st of Feb I had 1240 calories, I went up to 1390 when Iost 10 pds and increased my workouts. I have not lost any weight in 1.5 weeks. Is it ok if I adjust my calories to 1250 or should I give 1390 some more time.

Less weight = Less calories required for the body to sustain itself. Changing it won't hurt. Experiment with it. Everyone's body does different things. So, there really is no "right" or "wrong" answer. Do what feels right.0
