Can someone PLEASE tell me what catagory these exercises fall under ?!?!
push up, lunge w/twist, seated adduction, ball crunches, chest flys, side plank w/adduction, ball oblique crunches, and hamstring curls...
I've been putting it under Aerobics General but not sure if that's right :-/ THANKS!!!
