I just got a Polar FT7 HRM. I like how it looks and since I didn't already own a watch, I figured I might as well get the slick black and red one. I have been wearing it for 2 days and the watch function of it is fine. Today I used it for a cardio session and it transmits everything fine, records all my data, does exactly what I need. The monitor actually sends to my elliptical so bonus on that as well. My only problem is that when I check my stats after the workout, it looks like one of the lines of pixels is being cut off at the top of my time and stats, so instead of seeing 498 for my calories burned I see a 44 something and the time of my workout gets cut off at the top. Has anyone else seen this? Is it normal?

I just got one this week too, but I haven't seen anything like that happen... I don't think it's normal. I have noticed that when I wear it outside and it's super cold, the display becomes lethargic and doesn't change very well, but that's it...

deff contact Polar ... Its probably warrantied! :)

My PSP when they first come out had 2 pixles missin, Sony said THREE had to be missing before returning for repairs *roll eyes* ... Contact them, very reputable company, they'll sort it out :D

That's definitely not normal, sounds like there's something wrong with the display. If you just got it, the store would probably exchange it for you.
